Delivery Policy

All product purchases can be downloaded from the My Account page of this site.

License keys used to activate the full version of a product are delivered via email as a file attachment. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address that can accept file attachments. To ensure that our emails are not blocked by your spam filter it is recommended that you add the webparts@contentandcode.com email address to your trusted senders list in your email client.

You can change your email address on the My Account page by visiting the Account Dashboard and clicking Change Address.

Product license keys are delivered within one working day of receiving payment. You can track the progress of your order(s) on the My Account page by clicking My Orders.
