Business Challenge
With over 100,000 participants in yearly opportunities, it was
critical that CSV spread the word about volunteer prospects as
widely as possible to ensure communities across the country would
benefit from their network of volunteers.
CSV found their existing Dreamweaver website was no longer
effectively serving the organisation. Both the design and content
were out of date, largely due to the fact that specialised
knowledge was required to make any changes to their website. This
was a major concern as they had just undergone a major re-branding
exercise, in an attempt to attract a younger audience. This new
brand
approach was not reflected on their website at the time.
