Business Challenge

As part of its 40th anniversary, Turning Point was unveiling a new branding strategy that would update their image and raise its profile. With minimal lead time, Turning Point required an emotive website that would communicate its new position as a policy advocate at a national level. It was essential that the new website met accessibility standards and allowed non-technical users to publish content easily and quickly.

Our Solutions

Content and Code used Microsoft Content Management Server to produce a compelling website that improved Turning Point's profile by highlighting its unique advocacy role and its network of local service providers. The website was designed to showcase the new Turning Point branding and make an emotional impact through influential images.

The website features an easy-to-use service provider database searchable by location, treatment topic or keyword, so users can find out where they need to go to meet their social care needs. In addition, each of Turning Point's partner services now has a mini-site to promote its unique service offering. Decentralised publishing through Microsoft Content Management Server allows partners to keep their own content up-to-date. A password-protected extranet was also built to provide secure information sharing among Turning Point employees.

The whole solution was outsourced to Content and Code, so Turning Point can save on technical infrastructure investment, maintenance and support.
