Version Control
Version control enhances transparency and enables users to work
collaboratively on the same
document. SharePoint
Portal Server allows users to check-out documents and prevents
the overwriting of another's work. Each document is
archived, making it possible to monitor changes and revisions. The
most recent version will automatically appear unless an earlier
version is specifically requested.
