Avoco Secure's secure2trust software allows you to secure the
use of your document content. secure2trust is a document security
product which provides digital rights controls for Microsoft Office
documents and Adobe Acrobat. This provides high level security with
unrivalled flexibility and choice in both authentication methods
and digital rights restrictions.
Protect sensitive information from unauthorised access
With secure2trust the enterprise controls the individual who is
authoring the documents. The data administrator who setup the
individual users rights but can then be excluded from accessing the
content of sensitive docuemts. There is the option to allow
compliance officers to access these documents.
Protect Intellectual Property Whilst Allowing
secure2trust offers a number of content controls for your
documents so that your intellectual property can be protected.
Documents can be made read only, or editing can be allowed whilst
controlling the use of the document content. Even third party
screen capture is prevented when copying is prevented. Other
restriction choices include date embargoes and protecting Word
forms whilst allowing form field changes.
Classification Based Rights: Security Templates
In keeping with the simplicity of operation and implementation,
secure2trust can create sets of security templates based on typical
classifications. For example, a classification of 'Top Secret'
could be created that required a digital certificate to access a
document as well as making that document content View Only.
These security classification templates can be created centrally
and distributed to the secure2trust clients. End users can either
choose a document classification template to apply to a document
they create, or a template can be automatically applied based on
the user or document.
Apply Automatic and Invisable Document Security
secure2trust can be configured to apply pre-defined security
templates, centrally so that the end user (content owner) is not
aware of creating a protected document. Content owners create
documents as normal, using Microsoft® Office, CAD, Visio®,
etc applications. On saving the document the pre-configured
security policies will be automatically applied to the document
content.
