The meeting planner web part helps you to arrange a meeting, videoconference, teleconference or online meeting when people are attending from locations in differing times zones.
Simply select the attendee locations, a date and time for the meeting, and then compare times for all locations to find a convenient time for everyone, so that no one has to be awake during the middle of the night.
