Recognising that not everyone can commit to long term support contracts and that you may well have access to a reliable support person most of the time but that you may need cover during busy periods or for holiday and periods of sickness and training, Content and Code is pleased to announce our new 'SharePoint Admin on Demand' service.

It's simple to use. You decide how many hours cover you think you're going to need, sign up for the service online, pay by credit card or bank transfer and you can call upon the UK's number one SharePoint developers and administrators any time 9:00 to 5:30, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
 
We'll keep track of the number of hours you've consumed and keep you notified of the number of hours remaining on your contract after each call and we'll warn you when you need to top up.
 
In the meantime you'll be able to call us to fix bugs or deal with the daily administration issues that might otherwise bring parts of your business to a halt when your administrator is away or just too busy to react.
 
 
  • Calls can be place by telephone or email – we will supply you with details when you sign up
  • We will need high speed remote access to your SharePoint environment. Time spent configuring access will be taken from the contract
  • You must own and enable access to the source code for your solution and we can take no responsibility if the source code turns out to be a different version to the live system
  • We will require access to systems documentation and, since we have no history of supporting your environment, time may be consumed against the contract when referring to the documentation to help resolve a problem

Please note: We cannot provide resolution SLAs against this contract since we do not have an intimate knowledge of your systems.

Charges are based on a sliding scale The more hours you buy each time you top up, the better the value:

 

 

*Note that the minimum top-up is 16 hours *Payment is by credit card or bank transfer as all payments must be cleared before support can be provided.
