What's your background?

"I've always been involved in creative industries and have been designing and developing websites since 1998. Before that I worked as a professional photographer for advertising and fashion clients in London and as a professional DJ and early adopter of the London House Music scene."

What's been your biggest achievement with Content and Code?

"I was recently presented with an opportunity to take ownership and to define the Content and Code Persona Modelling process, which involves interviewing a range of users to find out how they interact with their information systems with view to designing a solution that will meet their needs. This process has since become a cornerstone for all client requirements engagements, something which I'm very proud of."

What are you working on right now?

"I'm currently working on a user-centric, collaborative knowledge sharing and information management platform for Johnson Matthey, a FTSE 100 company."

What's your vision for Content and Code?

"I would like to continue working with consultants, developers and architects at Content and Code to establish a set of core SharePoint products which can be re-used on most of our projects. This is proving invaluable in raising the efficiency of the delivery teams whilst also driving improved opportunities for maximising revenues and profit."

What do Content and Code offer that's unique?

"Content and Code has achieved amazing success through the work it has delivered for its clients. This success has been acknowledged by Microsoft, who has awarded the company numerous extremely high accolades. This recognition provides Content and Code with a deserved strong reputation within the SharePoint industry, which in turn provides access to projects for large household names within Content and Code's industry areas."

How would you describe Content and Code's culture?

"Working at Content and Code is easy as everyone across all departments is friendly and open. Getting help or expertise on subjects outside of your comfort zone from other colleagues is never a problem. This in turn promotes my own abilities to share the knowledge that I have accumulated."
