Tim Wallis - Co-Found and CEO

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership of the company
  • Working with clients to understand their business and leveraging our close partnership with Microsoft to achieve their goals
  • Working with Microsoft to develop strategy and ensure we are leaders in what matters most to Microsoft and our clients.
  • Overseeing all company sales and marketing strategies.

What’s your background?

“I have a Business Studies degree and post graduate qualifications in project management and finance.

I’ve also done just about every job possible. Before Content and Code, I was consulting in a dot com agency. Previous to that was banking, accountancy and IT project management. And I travelled extensively keeping myself busy doing everything from running bars, restaurants and hotels to working in factories.

But each role has really been about understanding businesses and how smart technology can help them succeed.”

What’s your biggest achievement with Content and Code?

“I love visiting our clients and seeing how our solutions have transformed their business. Whether we’ve helped them expand into new markets, launch new products faster or cut costs while doing more – it’s so rewarding.

We’ve won lots of awards for the work we do – like being voted best in the world by Microsoft two years running. But those awards aren’t as important as what we’ve won them for, which is providing amazing solutions for great customers that really change the way they do business.”

What are you working on right now?

“We are working out how to get the most value from the upcoming Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference. Plus we are developing our products strategy for the coming months to take advantage of the cloud opportunity.”

What’s your vision for Content and Code

“Content and Code is continually listening to our clients, understanding their needs and helping them see how technology can reduce costs, increase efficiency and gain a competitive edge – with our deep understanding of Microsoft technology and the business environment.

The coming months and years will be about helping our clients succeed with emerging trends like cloud computing and ever more exciting software applications.”
