Tim Wallis


Tim wants to change the way the world works.  He founded Content and Code so he could help transform organisations to be more responsive, more competitive and engage their employees to better realise business goals.  Tim frequently travels to Microsoft HQ and participates in both the SharePoint Partner Advisory Council and the Office 365 Partner Advisory Council as well as Microsoft’s Partner Executive Board.  Tim has presented for the last 6 years at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference and will do again this year.

Chris O'Brien, MVP

Head of Development

Chris is an 8 time recipient of the MVP (Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional) award from Microsoft, regularly speaks at Microsoft conferences and writes one of the most-referenced technical blogs.  Chris leads the development team with responsibility for best practice, development standards and team readiness around SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure.  Chris has led a huge number of projects and is keen to share his knowledge with you.

Steve Goodman, MVP

Head of Messaging and Unified Communications

Steve is a 5 times recipient of the MVP (Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional) award from Microsoft, is a regular international conference speaker, podcast host, regular blogger, plus he is the author of a number of best-selling Exchange books.  Steve leads the Unified Communications team and is responsible for our Exchange and Skype for Business offerings in Office 365 or on-premises. Steve has worked on a vast number of Exchange and Office 365 projects across customers large and small, often with complex requirements and would love to help you on too.

Tristan Watkins

Head of Research and Innovation

Tristan engages frequently with Microsoft’s product teams and is on the Microsoft Azure Identity Advisors Program guiding product development and providing real world and early feedback on future product releases, helping ensure that the Microsoft identity and access stack is the best in the world.  Tristan is responsible for the ‘bleeding edge’ and for broadening and deepening the various team’s technical capabilities.  Tristan has a long heritage on SharePoint and has been focussed on identity and security since 2009, working with EMS (Enterprise Mobility Suite specialising in Azure AD Premium), FIM (Forefront Identity Manager), AD FS (Active Directory Federation Services), Azure and AD (Active Directory) RMS (Rights Management Services) and ATA (Advanced Threat Analytics).

Ben Athawes

Head of SharePoint Platform

Ben works very closely with Microsoft SharePoint Product Team and is on the SharePoint Technical Adoption Program (TAP) to test the new features and help ensure the new releases of SharePoint meet client needs.  Ben has worked with all product versions since SharePoint 2003 and has a hosting/private cloud background that ensures he understands complex and high availability platform requirements.  Ben leads Content and Code’s SharePoint Platform practice which focuses on the more technical aspects of SharePoint Online, SharePoint on-premises and everything in between.   Ben would love to discuss your SharePoint platform needs.
