Rescue and Relaunch: How to successfully deploy an intranet
Latest news and updates from Content and Code
One of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of office solutions has chosen to work with Content and Code on a ‘Rescue and Relaunch” intranet deployment project.
They had tried and failed on two previous occasions to launch an intranet solution for employees, resulting in limited user adoption – the remnants of which still existed online as part of the overall internal infrastructure. Content and Code were selected as their partner of choice to rescue and relaunch the failing intranets and drive user engagement and adoption as part of the overall project.
As part of the system intranet deployment re-launch, our client’s journey to the cloud, Content and Code identified blockers on the previous solution – via our unique UX approach. This in turn lead to the optimisation of the intranet, focusing on our user centric methodology – as well as the uptake of our strategy and adoption services to ensure user capabilities internally.
Successful Intranet Deployment
This is where Content and Code are unique, by not only rescuing the previous solutions implemented by other partners, but ensuring that the intranet deployment was a success by maintaining the engagement and going with our clients on their journey.
