A FastTrack to sucess through change management

Mott MacDonald recognised that a structured approach to change management and adoption was required in order to guarantee a swift ROI from their Office 365 investment.

Working in partnership with the FastTrack Center to plan for adoption and full launch, quick wins were identified and a work stream implementation order was established, starting with Yammer.
